This weekend Nathan finished a new video for our SGTV web page. This video focuses on one of the most important paintings in the gallery’s collection, Colin Campbell Cooper’s Beauvais Cathedral from 1926. Nathan gives a brief overview of Cooper’s fascination with architecture and culture, which provides the context for understanding the significance of Beauvais Cathedral.
